1. How have you found your vaping journey this week?

This week it has been quite easy to transition. I haven’t missed smoking so far and am enjoying trying different flavours.

2. Have you had any slip-ups?

I smoked a cigarette when I went out for a pint with some friends, but haven’t smoked since then!

3. On a scale of 1-10, how easy have you found it? (10 being really easy, 5 being moderate, 1 being really difficult)

It’s about an 8. Hopefully, it won’t get harder as time goes on.

4. Which flavours have you tried to far? And do you have any preferred flavours?

I have tried the Cherry, Blueberry, Menthol Ice and Pink Lemonade. So far, a mix of Pink Lemonade and the Cherry flavour is my favourite!

5. Based on your experience so far, would you recommend vaping to someone you know?

Yes, compared to smoking, you feel much healthier. It tastes much nicer too and stops you from smelling like smoke all the time!

Favourite flavours:

Cherry Burst
Pink Lemonade
Latte Coffee

1. How have you found your vaping journey this week?

I’ve vaped every day, from 2 to 6 times a day, and it’s been OK as I was on nicotine patches the week before.

2. Have you had any slip-ups?

None.

3. On a scale of 1-10, how easy have you found it? (10 being really easy, 5 being moderate, 1 being really difficult)

10

4. Do you have any preferred flavours?

Strawberry.

5. Based on your experience so far, would you recommend vaping to someone you know?

Yes. It did feel a bit funny on the throat at first, but you get used to it 5 days on, and compared to patches, you can satisfy the need for a drag.

Favourite flavours:

Strawberry
Pink Lemonade
Apple Crunch

1. How have you found your vaping journey this week?

Not too bad. I started on the 1st of April and was able to cut down smoking cigarettes easily. I only had 2 the whole day and used the vape whenever I felt a craving. I usually smoke around 10 per day and would say that after 5-6 pulls on the vape I felt the craving go away.

2. Have you had any slip-ups?

Yes, usually first thing in the morning, as my routine is to have a cigarette with a morning coffee before work. This has been the most challenging to replace with a vape.

3. On a scale of 1-10, how easy have you found it? (10 being really easy, 5 being moderate, 1 being really difficult)

For me, I would say 6/10.

4. Do you have any preferred flavours?

I have tried Blueberry Bang and Forest Fruits. I mixed the two eventually and preferred it.

5. Based on your experience so far, would you recommend vaping to someone you know?

Yes.

Favourite flavours:

Vanilla Custard
Forest Fruits
Blueberry Bang

1. How have you found your vaping journey this week?

I've found this week surprisingly easy, and I've found myself enjoying the e-cig more than a cigarette.

2. Have you had any slip-ups?

I've had 4 cigarettes. The first was due to a dead battery and being out of the house for a while. The other 3 were at a party, but I found myself switching back to the vape due to not enjoying the cigarettes.

3. On a scale of 1-10, how easy have you found it? (10 being really easy, 5 being moderate, 1 being really difficult)

8/10. I have mostly found the past week to be easy. I've not noticed a huge change, as it feels similar to smoking. I've also noticed that I'm not craving a smoke break as often either.

4. Do you have any preferred flavours?

I've tried Cola Cube and cherry so far, but have Apple and Menthol still to try. I've also mixed Cherry and Cola to make Cherry Coke!

5. Based on your experience so far, would you recommend vaping to someone you know?

Definitely! It's proving to be a great switch that doesn't cost as much. I like the options of flavours, and how much more convenient it is.

Favourite Flavours:

Apple Crunch
Cola Cubes
Cherry Burst
