All new devices and accessories come with a warranty against fault. This means that if your device or accessory stops working properly during the applicable warranty period, we will replace or repair it free of charge.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the item’s purchased are fully functioning within the warranty period allocated and to inform VIP of any concerns within this time frame.

Items may be requested for return before a replacement can be issued.

If your item has been purchased from a store, please ensure that you retain the receipt as you will need proof of purchase to validate your warranty.
