Declaration
The user or person intending to make an offer must agree to the following : Confirm that if the user has a demonstrated sensitivity to nicotine, is pregnant or is breastfeeding, or has an heart conditions, or is diabetic, then they should seek appropriate medical advice prior to using VIP. They also confirm that the user/purchaser is a smoker aged 18 or over.

Sagepay and PayPal are our payment providers. They use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks and payment fraud.

Price and Purchasing
Our prices include VAT. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website. RRP is an abbreviation of Recommended Retail Price. We may display RRP prices to highlight the normal high street prices. We endeavour to manually check RRP prices periodically but cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate in all cases. Please ensure you have checked the sale and RRP prices for yourself before purchasing items from our website. The sale of products from this website are subject to availability. Your order for a product is an offer to purchase and VIP retains the discretion to refuse any order. No contract of sale is deemed to have taken place until VIP has dispatched your order. Payment must be made in full before goods are despatched. VIP reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event of non-payment or overdue payment. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are likey to be unavailable for a timescale in excess of 30 days.

Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'Place Your Order' on the final page of our ordering process. It is the your responsiblity to ensure you have provided accurate information.

Delivery Charges
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

The term Delivery includes the handling, packaging and the cost of delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the type of postal service available.

Within the UK

Standard Delivery

UK orders less than £19.00 will be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail, or other appropriate postal service at the disgretion of VIP.

Normal delivery takes between 2-5 working days.

In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 15 working days (3 weeks) before claiming against Royal Mail. Most lost items are located within the postal system within this period of time. If your item is lost or undelivered, you should contact your local Delivery Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you. To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or visit their website at www.royalmail.co.uk. If after 15 working days you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number, name and address for assitance.

If your item(s) are returned back to us for whatever reason, we will resend the items subject to a redelivery charge. If you decide to not have the goods returned, we will charge a £10 restocking charge (or 10% of the order value if over £100). We will be unable to refund actual delivery costs.

Express Service

UK mainland orders (excludes Northern Ireland and UK Islands) in excess of £19.00 will dispatched by an Express Courier service.

Items are shipped by Express Courier is not intended to imply you will receive your item the Next Working Day from placing an order and excludes Band Holidays and Public Holidays.

VIP will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. VIP are unable to refund courier delivery charges. Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered next day, delivery charges will not be refunded.

If your item(s) are returned back to us for whatever reason, we will resend the items subject to a redelivery charge. If you decide to not have the goods returned, we will charge a £10 restocking charge (or 10% of the order value if over £100). We will be unable to refund actual delivery costs

Outisde of the UK

International Orders are sent by International Signed For Service or 1st Class Royal Mail at the disgretion of VIP.

The postal charge is £9.99 and to all orders outside of the UK.

Deliveries to countries within the EU are usually delivered between 6 -12 days from dispatch.

EU Countries : In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 20 working days (4 weeks) before claiming against Royal Mail. Most lost items are located within the postal system within this period of time. If your item is lost or undelivered, you should contact your local Delivery Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you. If after 20 working days you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number, name and address.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may take up to 30 days from dispatch to be delivered.

Outside EU : In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 30 working days (6 weeks) before claiming against Royal Mail. Most lost items are located within the postal system within this period of time. If your item is lost or undelivered, you should contact your local Delivery Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you. If after 30 working days you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number, name and address.

If your item(s) are returned back to us for whatever reason, we will resend the items subject to a redelivery charge (based on size of package and destination). If you decide to not have the goods returned, we will charge a £10 restocking charge (or 10% of the order value if over £100). We will be unable to refund actual delivery costs.

We accept no responsibility if your order is stopped by international customs and cannot accept responsibility for packages held by customs. Items ordered from outside the UK are subject to control restrictions from your country’s customs department or regulator. When items are ordered for delivery outside the UK please ensure you are aware of any restrictions which could result in non-delivery or delay. We cannot take liability for items being imported into countries where restrictions are in place. You will be fully liable for the cost of the order if the item is held by customs or your regulating authority. All items are sold for the personal use of the recipient under supervision of a local health care provider. Resale is usually prohibited by the laws of the importing country. Import duties and taxes might have to paid in some countries. It is the recipient’s responsibility to obtain details of these charges from customs & excise in the country to which goods are being dispatched.

Risk
All goods should be examined for obvious loss or damage at the time of delivery. VIP will not be liable for any loss through short delivery or damage to goods in transit unless the customer notifies us within a reasonable period after receipt of the goods. Risk in the goods and use passes to the customer upon delivery.



Returns and Exchanges Policy


Warranty
28 day guarantee on all non-consumable items. All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.

Cancellation Rights

Return of unwanted items - Cooling off period

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. When goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Please note that all goods returned under the Right to Cancel policy must be unused, resealable and in condition fit for resale. Cartomizers are a consumable item and non-returnable once opened due oral contamination and health and hygience reasons under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations exemption rules : The supply of goods which by means of their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. It is your responsibility to contact VIP by email or phone to advise us of your intention to return or exchange any item(s) within 28 days of receipt. After this date, it falls solely within the discretion of VIP if a return or exchange will be accepted. Once notified, all items should be received at VIP within 5 days from the date of notification for this condition to apply. Items should be returned by Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post and include the order number. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

You must return items to VIP by using the returns and exchanges procedure.

Return of faulty or damaged items

Faulty items will be accepted up to the Warranty terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you refuse delivery due to an item being damaged, you should notify VIP of this within 7 days as stated above. If you are unaware of the damage in transit, the 7 day period still applies however once this has expired, any return is solely the discretion of VIP. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the item(s) are in a reasonable condition upon return.

Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, you should allow a further 14 days for a replacement to be re-sent.

Failed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your items and they are returned to us we will charge £10 (or 10% if the order is over £100) restocking fee if you decide not to have the items re-delivered.

We may choose not to accept abnormal orders and orders which are not placed in good faith. After having received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Please note that the Order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between VIP and you and will not take place unless and until you have received an email confirmation of your order being despatched. Please note that VIP reserves the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive your ordered items.
