Returns
We will accept an unused item for return for any reason within 14 days. You will normally be refunded within 5 days less postage costs. If you have a faulty battery, charger or accessory we will send you the relevant spare part under warranty rather than returning the full product. Cartomizers are not convered by the 28 day Warranty.
Please note that ANY items that have been used cannot be returned for hygeine reasons, including boxes of cartomizers (filters) and the e-cigarette. If part of your kit is not working then please contact us for a replacement under warranty.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery via email, if the Goods are damaged or are items are missing. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense and should be sent via recorded delvery. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of the Goods from the Buyer.
Refunds
Refunds cannot be offered if any of the goods has been used due to health and hygiene reasons. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of the Goods and no refund will be offered.
Batteries and accessories are covered by a 28 day warranty. The faulty item needs to be returned to VIP within 7 days of reporting the fault by recorded mail and include your order number. Any faulty item returned to us will be tested prior to sending a replacement. Please allow 14 days for a replacement to be issued. Where faulty items are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's negligence, the Buyer will be liable and no replacement will be offered.
No warranty cover is provided on Cartomizers (filters) due to health and hygiene reasons and the consumable nature of the product. Please see our Warranty information page for details.
