All rights, including copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property in this website are owned by or licensed to VIP. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of VIP. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.
Accuracy of Content
VIP has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. Taking of payment from the customer does does not indicate acceptance by us. We will only accept if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vay from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VIP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. VIP shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Damage to Your Computer
VIP makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. VIP shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Password/Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. VIP shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
Declaration
The user or person intending to make an offer must agree to the following : Confirm that if the user has a demonstrated sensitivity to nicotine, is pregnant or is breastfeeding, or has an heart conditions, then they should seek appropriate medical advice prior to using VIP. They also confirm that the user/purchaser is a smoker aged 18 or over.
Security
Sagepay and PayPal are our payment providers. They use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks and payment fraud.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before goods are despatched unless a credit account has been arranged and authorised with VIP. VIP reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue. Payment is made using major credits, debit cards or Paypal.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered will be unavailable for a timescale in excess of 30 days.
Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'Place Your Order' on the final page of our ordering process. refunds will be at the discretion of VIP.
Delivery Charges
The term Delivery includes handling, packaging and a one time only delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the type of postal service you select or available. Refunds do no apply to delivery charges. Any refund offered is at the discretion of VIP.
Risk
All goods should be examined for obvious loss or damage at the time of delivery. VIP will not be liable for any loss through short delivery or damage to goods in transit unless the customer notifies us within a reasonable period after receipt of the goods. Risk in the goods and use passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns Policy
Quality Control
All of our cigarettes have been tested and quality control checked prior to delivery and come with a 30 day guarantee on all items. All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.
Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. When goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Please note that all goods returned under the Right to Cancel policy must be unused, resealable and in condition fit for resale. Cartomizers are a consumable item and non-returnable once opened under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations exemption of : The supply of goods which by means of their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns
VIP hopes you will be satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is unused, in condition fit for resale and the return is made within 14 days. If the product is not returned to us in the condition specified in the returns policy we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or at the discretion of VIP, to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. The delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable.
Faulty Goods
If an item is faulty contact, contact Customer Services by e-mail or by using the Contact Us form within 30 days of purchase (excluding cartomizers). If you are instructed to send the item back to VIP, please obtain proof of postage (and keep this until you have received your refund), we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We also recommend that you send the goods via an insured service. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. If the item is found to be faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange providing you have reported the item as faulty within 30 days. If we do not find a fault with the item returned to us, we are not obliged to provide a refund, exchange the item or reimburse postage charges you may incur.
Warranty Limitations
VIP rechargeable batteries are manufactured to high standards and are individually quality tested prior to distribution. Electronic cigarette batteries are considered consumable items and will need replacing over time depending on usage and treatment. Therefore we will only provide a warranty of 30 days on VIP rechargeable batteries. Cartomizers are disposable/consumable items which will require replacing more frequently based on the useage and treatment by an individual user. It is therefore impossible for VIP to provide any warranty on cartomizers beyond initial use.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
