Dispatch Notes

• Orders received by 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be shipped same day, subject to stock availability.
• Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped next working day.
• International orders are subject to the country’s importation regulations. VIP will not accept liability should the goods fail to clear customs for any reason.

UK Mainland Orders

• Orders over £50.00 - Express Courier* (Next working day) = Free
• Orders over £19.00 - Express Courier* (Next working day) = £3.98
• Orders under £19.00 - Royal Mail (2 - 5 working days) = £2.20

• Express Courier* requires a signature upon delivery.
• Express Courier* delivery times are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (Excludes Public Holidays or Bank Holidays).
• Orders collected by Express Courier* on a Friday are delivered Monday.
• The Royal Mail terms and conditions state to allow 15 working days to lapse before reporting an item as undelivered or lost.
• UK mainland Express Courier* deliveries are subject to restrictions. See below:

Express Courier* excludes Northern Ireland and the UK islands and excluded post codes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, JE, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH41 to PH44, PH49, PO30 to PO41, ZE.

International Orders

• Ireland and Mainland Europe - International Signed for Service (minimum 3-6 working days) = £9.99
• Worldwide - International Signed for Service (minimum 7 working days) = £9.99

• We are unable to provide an exact time scale for delivery as this will depend on the postal network in your country.
• Please allow up to 30 days for delivery before reporting an item as missing.
• Orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Groupon Orders

• UK Mainland, Ireland and UK Islands - Tracked Royal Mail = cost as per Groupon terms.
• Worldwide - International Signed for Service = cost as per Groupon terms + £9.99 surcharge

• Groupon offers are dispatched within 14 working days of successful redemption or as per the deal terms and conditions, subject to working hours.
• Groupon offers are sent by Tracked Royal Mail and not Next Day Courier.
• Orders dispatched to an incorrect address supplied by the customer will be subject to a £10.00 surcharge to resend the order.

Customer Notice

For prompt delivery and to prevent your item from going astray, please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address. If an order is dispatched to an incorrect shipping address based on the information supplied by a Customer, then a surcharge of £10.00 will be imposed to resend the order.
