All starter kit boxes are sealed and contain one Tobacco flavour 24mg and one Tobacco flavour 16mg filter. We are unable swap/change these filters for health and hygiene purposes.

Warranty

The 28 day warranty applies to the product in normal use and subject to usage documentation.

  • Follow the instructions in the Customer Services reply e-mail.
  • Return your item for testing. Please allow 14 days for processing.
  • Cartomizers are consumable items and not covered by our warranty.
