The filter part of the electronic cigarette or e cigarette is called a refill or cartridge. Cartridges can be purchased prefilled with a varied strength of nicotine solution to allow both light and heavy smokers full enjoyment.
Electronic cigarette smokers often order a selection of nicotine cartridges, tending to use the higher strength refills to begin with and gradually reducing the amount of nicotine over time by switching to lower strength cartridges.
Some suppliers are selling a wide range of cartridges in different flavours. The more flavours, such as chocolate and strawberry, the more additives and non essential ingredients are included in the cartridges by these suppliers.
Some electronic cigarette suppliers claim to sell refills which taste like certain brands of cigarettes. Do not be caught out by this misleading sales talk, you will only be disappointed.
Any smoker knows that the taste of a real cigarette varies from country to country. It would be impossible to copy every combination of flavour from each nation. Electronic cigarettes simply can not taste the same as a defined brand of tobacco cigarette... certainly not without adding unnecessary and possibly dangerous additives.
